The agreement outlines the terms whereby 2V2T will market\nENPAR's electrochemical water treatment technologies in Europe and other\nstrategic regions of the globe.\n2V2T Inc. is owned and managed by experienced financial and water\ntreatment professionals, Dr. Amer Pasha and Mr. Marc Lachan. Dr. Amer Pasha,\nPresident of 2V2T Inc., has over 25 years of experience in international\nfinance and investment banking for both private and public companies. In\naddition Dr. Pasha has been involved in the marketing of several technologies\non behalf of his international clients using his broad business contacts. He\nhas a wealth of expertise and knowledge in arranging strategic alliances,\nmergers and joint ventures.\nMr. Marc Lachan, P.Eng., a former Director of ENPAR Technologies Inc.,\nendows 2V2T Inc, with a life time of experience in the water treatment\nindustry. Mr. Lachan has held various management positions, including Director\nof Public Works for Dodin (1964 - 1981), General Director of the Group General\nDes-eaux (Veolia 1981 - 1990), President of Veolia Morocco (SETHAMA),\nPresident and Director General of Group Vivendi Environment (SETHA since\n1990), and special envoy to the CEO of the Group de la Compagnie General Des-\neaux (Veolia since 1990). He served as Director of SNC Inter Development of\nthe Group (Vinci) from 1997 to 2001. Furthermore, he is the founder of the\nOffice of Sanitary Engineers (OISIS), serving that organization as President\nsince its inception in 1999.\nIn 1992, the President of France decorated Mr. Lachan with his country's\nhighest honour, \"Chevalier de l'Ordre National du MDerite.\"\n\nENPAR is a \"Technology Company\" applying its patented and proprietary\n\"Electrochemical Technologies\" to the treatment of waste water and drinking\nwater contaminated by metals or nutrients i.e., nitrate/ammonia associated\nwith the mining, metal processing, chemical, agricultural, municipal and waste\nmanagement sectors.
