GUELPH, ON, Feb. 12 /CNW/ - ENPAR Technologies Inc. (TSX-V: ENP) ("ENPAR") is pleased to announce that Dundarave Resources Inc. ("Dundarave") has received final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for its ExtrEL Technology License Agreement with ENPAR, dated Oct. 3, 2007.
ENPAR earlier reported that the shareholders of Dundarave had approved the Agreement at the extraordinary general shareholders meeting of Dundarave held on February 1, 2008. It was a requirement for final approval of the transaction by the TSX Venture Exchange.
