(TSX-V: ENP) ("ENPAR")\nis pleased to announce that the shareholders of Dundarave Resources Inc.\n("Dundarave") have approved the ExtrEL Technology License Agreement with ENPAR\nat the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Dundarave held on\nFebruary 1, 2008.\n\n\nDundarave had previously obtained conditional approval from the\nTSX Venture Exchange for the ExtrEL nickel recovery technology licensing\nagreement. The TSX Venture Exchange had determined that the transaction is a\nFundamental Acquisition (as defined in TSX Venture Exchange Policy 5.3) and\nrequired that Dundarave obtain shareholder approval (at least 50% of the\nshareholders).\n\n\nPaul Matysek, President and CEO of Dundarave, stated: "We are very\npleased with the outcome of today's vote as it allows us to obtain the final\napproval of the transaction from the TSX Venture Exchange and embark on the\nnext phase of the technology development. We now look forward to initiating\nthe Optimization and Design program for the ExtrEL technology that will focus\non reactor design and the nickel separation process."\n\n\nIn response to the news, Dr. Gene Shelp, President and CEO of ENPAR\nstated: "ENPAR is very excited with the opportunity to work closely with\nMr. Paul Matysek and his team to exploit the potential of ENPAR's ExtrEL\ntechnology.
