(TSX-V: ENP)\n("ENPAR") is pleased to announce that the ExtrEL Technology License Agreement\nwith Dundarave Resources Inc. (TSX-V: DDX) ("Dundarave") has proceeded to the\nOptimization and Design Phase upon receipt of the second instalment of\n$150,000 for a total of $200,000 and 1,300,000 common shares of Dundarave.\n\n\nThis phase will focus on the scale-up design and operation of the\nreactor, and circuits for solid/liquid separation and recovery of acid,\nsulphur and metal. It should be completed within 6 months and form the basis\nfor construction and operation of a $3,000,000 pilot plant, which will be\nconstructed at Dundarave's expense.\n\n\nENPAR announces that 325,000 share options have been granted to two\nconsultants and two employees. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.40\nper share for periods ranging from two to five years.
