She is a Canadian citizen living in Beijing.Mr. Anthony Cosentino has agreed to step down as a Director to accommodate this new appointment. The Board of Directors wishes to thank Mr. Cosentino for his past service as director of the Company.The Company announces that it has agreed to grant a total of 200,000 options to a director and a consultant. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.20 for a period of up to five years.
