(\"ENPAR\"), is extremely pleased to announce that the Company\nhas entered into a three-party Cooperation Agreement with Anjou Recherche, and\nWater Treatment and Technology SRL (\"2V2T\"), both of France.\nAs recently announced, 2V2T is ENPAR's European Distribution and Sales\nRepresentative.\nUnder this agreement Anjou Recherche will fund both the design and\nconstruction of AmmEL-HC and DesEL pilot units by ENPAR, and the test program\nat Ecole Polytechique de Montreal, which is located in Montreal, PQ, Canada.\nAnjou Recherche is the research centre for Veolia Environment. It is\ndedicated to research on water, and has received the European Commission's\ndesignation as a Marie-Curie Center of Excellence for its work on membranes,\ndisinfection and modeling.\nVeolia Environment employs more than 250,000 people worldwide and is\nreported to be the world leader in environmental services associated with\nwater, waste, energy and transportation sectors. Veolia Water, a division of\nVeolia Environment, has 150 years experience in the water industry, providing\nwater and wastewater services to municipalities and industrial and service\ncompanies. The Company has particular expertise in the design and construction\nof water and wastewater facilities.\nAnjou Recherche shall conduct the evaluation over a period of 6 months.\nFollowing successful testing, ENPAR will have an opportunity to negotiate a\ncommercial exclusivity agreement with Veolia Environment for the territories\ncurrently managed by 2V2T. Dr Shelp states \"that we are extremely confident in\nour ability to provide state-of-the-art water treatment technologies that will\ncontinue to attract the interest of highly respected global corporations like\nVeolia Environment.
