Announces Referral Agreement with Agility Forex\n\n\n\n\n Exchange Bank of Canada (“\n \n EBC\n \n ” or the “\n \n Bank\n \n ”) is to refer selected employees and their payment customers in Canada to Agility Forex;\n \n\n\n\n TORONTO, March 27, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Currency Exchange International, Corp. (“\n \n CXI\n \n ” or the “\n \n Company\n \n ”) (TSX: CXI) (OTC: CURN), today announced a referral agreement has been entered into with Agility Forex.\n \n\n Upon Agility Forex hiring a selected employee, EBC will be referring its corporate payment customers in Canada associated with the employee to Agility Forex for their acceptance. The referral of EBC’s customers and employees to Agility Forex, a B.C. based foreign payments exchange service provider, will mutually benefit all parties and stakeholders.\n \n\n \"We are optimistic that our referral agreement for select EBC employees and their corporate payment clients is the best outcome for our customers, employees and EBC stakeholders as well as CXI shareholders,\" said Randolph Pinna, CEO of CXI and EBC.\n \n\n “Agility is pleased to implement this Referral Agreement and welcomes the chance to build new relationships.
