[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\n Latest Orders for Canadian and US Law Enforcement Applications\n\nTORONTO, July 6 /CNW/ -- ComnetiX(TM) Inc (TSX: CXI), a\nleading provider of biometric identification and authentication solutions,\nsaid that it has increased its presence as a strategic supplier of law\nenforcement systems in geographic areas in which it has had pronounced\nsuccesses in the last two years: New York State and Canada, where the Company\nwill install one of its solutions customized specifically for Canada's\nNational Police Service (NPS), in the province of Saskatchewan.\nThe first order, placed by the Prince Albert Police Service, is valued at\nmore than CN $80,000, and is for the Company's Open Image Server (OIS) and\nRepository for Integrated Criminalistic Imaging (RICI(TM)), the Company's\nsoftware solution customized specifically for Canada's National Police\nServices. The second order, valued at US $116,000, is part of the statewide\nrollout of electronic fingerprint systems in New York, and was placed by the\nOrange County Information Services. This order includes the Company's\nproprietary software-centric business automation solutions and accompanying\nhardware including desk-top live scan systems.\nThe system ordered by the Prince Albert Police Service will be totally\nintegrated with the Police Service's existing Records Management and CAD\nsystems, and will provide electronic submission of fingerprints and mug shots\nto the RCMP NPS. In addition, the system includes a Web-based investigator\nmodule as well as the Company's latest version of its Java-based Intelligent\nIdentification Environment(TM).\nJames P.
