NEW YORK, December 10, 2025--Curbline Properties Corp. (NYSE: CURB), an owner of convenience centers in suburban, high household income communities, declared today a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.16 per share for the fourth quarter of 2025 and a special dividend on its common stock of $0.03 per share. Both dividends are payable on January 7, 2026 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 22, 2025.
