On March 4, 2008, Grenville and its subsidiaries launched litigation in the Supreme Court of B.C. against High Ridge Resources (\"High Ridge\", now Newton Gold) relating to certain concessions in Peru known as the \"Bella Rubia\" concessions. High Ridge's Peruvian subsidiary was not a party to that claim. The Company has since sold its Peruvian subsidiary and no longer has any interest in Peru, and claims no rights of any kind to the Bella Rubia Concessions.
