Total committed support increased to an\n amount in excess of the 66 and 2/3% of the Principal Claim Amount of\n the Notes required for approval of the Arrangement Resolution.\n\n\nISS Recommendation to Shareholders\n\n\nCompton also announces that ISS Proxy Advisory Services ("IIS"), a\n leading independent proxy research and advisory firm, has published\n reports recommending that Compton shareholders vote in favour of all\n resolutions as outlined in the Management Information Circular dated\n June 24, 2011.
