Findlay and\n Mr. Glen Roane to the Board of Directors of the Corporation. The\n appointments are effective February 10, 2012 and are subject to normal\n review by the Toronto Stock Exchange. Messrs. Findlay and Roane will\n also be nominees for election as Directors at the upcoming Annual and\n Special Meeting to be held May 10, 2012.\n\n\nRandall J. Findlay is a professional engineer with 39 years' experience\n in the Canadian oil industry, notably in exploration and production,\n mergers and acquisitions, transportation, midstream and marketing. Mr.\n Findlay is the past president and co-founder of Provident Energy Trust,\n the first exploration and production company to convert to an income\n trust.  Previously, he held senior executive positions at TransCanada\n PipeLines, NOVA, Encor and Aberford.\n\n\nSince retiring from Provident, Mr. Findlay has been active as a\n corporate director of public, private and not for profit organizations.\n He is currently a director of Canadian Helicopters (Chairman), Pembina\n Pipelines, Provident Energy, Superior Plus, Whitemud Resources, Charger\n Energy, EllisDon, SeaNG Energy (Chairman) and Summerland Energy. He is\n a Director and Past Chair of the Alberta Children's Hospital\n Foundation, a director of Hull Child and Family Services Foundation and\n a member of the UBC Campaign Cabinet. Mr. Findlay is past National\n Chair of the Petroleum Society of the Canadian Institute of Mining,\n Metallurgy and Petroleum and recipient of their Lifetime Achievement\n Award. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering\n from the University of British Columbia.\n\n\nGlen Roane brings substantial experience in commercial banking,\n investment banking and investment management gained through his career\n in the Canadian financial services industry. In 1997, Mr. Roane retired\n from TD Asset Management Inc., a subsidiary of The Toronto-Dominion\n Bank.  Previously he was a founding partner of Lancaster Financial\n Inc., a financial advisory and investment management firm.
