Interim report on the transactions carried out in the context of the share buyback programme
CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A. ("CTT" or "Company") hereby informs that in the period from 14 May to 20 May 2026 (inclusive) JB Capital Markets, S.V., S.A.U. has acquired 90,000 shares representing CTT's share capital, under the share buyback programme ("Buyback Programme") and as the financial intermediary in charge of the execution of said programme, in Euronext Lisbon ("XLIS") regulated market and/or on the trading platforms CBOE Europe - DXE Lit Order Book (NL) ("CEUX"), Aquis Exchange Europe SAS ("AQEU") and/or Turquoise Europe ("TQEX") as detailed in the table below (aggregated information):

As at 20 May 2026, the Company had already acquired 1,455,000 shares under the scope of the Buyback Programme announced to the market on 10 February 2026. The price paid for these acquisitions amounted to a total of €9,333,398.
As a consequence, on this date, the Company holds an aggregated total of 1,564,735 own shares, representing 1.17% of its share capital. Further detailed information on all transactions carried out under the Buyback Programme, in the period from 14 May to 20 May 2026 (inclusive), may be found in the tables attached hereto as Annexes 1to 5.

As disclosed to the market in due time*, on 11 February 2026, CTT started trading in the context of the Buyback Programme, pursuant to (i) the limits of the resolution adopted under item 4 of the Agenda of the General Meeting held on 30 April 2025, including the authorisation for the acquisition of own shares fora period of 18 months from the date of such resolution, as disclosed to the market in due time; (ii) the terms and conditions of potential authorisations for the acquisition of own shares that may be approved by the General Meeting of shareholders of CTT on terms similar to the ones resolved by the aforementioned 2025 General Meeting that may be submitted to the General Meeting by the Board of Directors of CTT; and (iii) the terms and conditions of the potential share capital decrease for these purposes to be resolved by the General Meeting of Shareholders of CTT, in particular, the ones foreseen in the share capital decrease proposal(s) that may also be submitted to the General Meeting by the Board of Directors of CTT.
