As a result of these recommendations and restrictions, it will not be possible to attend the Meeting in person. All Unitholders as of the close of business on March 17, 2020 regardless of geographic location, will be able to virtually attend and vote during the Meeting. CT REIT's Management Information Circular of March 12, 2020 (the \"Circular\") and proxy-related materials will not be updated to reflect the change in location and format of the Meeting and may continue to be used by Unitholders to vote during the Meeting. \nVoting in Advance of the Virtual Meeting\nUnitholders are strongly encouraged to vote in advance of the Meeting using one of the methods described in the voting instruction form or the form of proxy accompanying the Circular.
