On May 15, COSCO SHIPPING Development successfully named and delivered the 80,000 DWT multi-purpose grain carrier "GUO REN HAI" at the COSCO SHIPPING Heavy Industry (Dalian) shipyard. The vessel is the fourthin the series to be delivered, following "GUO YUN HAI", "GUO ZHIHAI", and "GUO MING HAI". Its delivery further strengthens the Company's diversified vessel asset operating platform.

Measuring 229.95 meters in length with a beam of 32.26 meters,the vessel features a box-shaped cargo hold design that allows flexible transport of grain, containers, large equipment, and other cargo types. The vessel combines operational efficiency with strong cargo adaptability while meeting green and low-carbon shipping standards. The project also achieved ahighly efficient"same-day"operating model, with vessel delivery, loan disbursement, departure, and lease commencement all completed on the same day,demonstrating close coordination across the entire process. Following delivery,the vessel will be chartered and operated by COSCO SHIPPING Bulk to support the transportation of grain imports as well as wind power equipment and engineering machinery, helping ensure reliable shipping capacity for key cargoes.
