(\"Crown\" or the \"Company\") (TSX: CRWN) announced today that it has closed its previously announced \"bought deal\" public offering of $20 million aggregate principal amount of 6.00% convertible unsecured subordinated debentures (the \"Debentures\") due June 30, 2023 (the \"Offering\").
