Cease Trade Order
Crown Baus Capital Corp.
Section 164 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418

¶ 1 Crown Baus Capital Corp. (Crown Baus) is a Nevada corporation with securities quoted
on the OTC Pink marketplace of the OTC Markets. Crown Baus is an OTC reporting
issuer under Multilateral Instrument 51-105 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter
Markets as its business has been directed or administered in or from British Columbia
since January 13, 2015.

¶ 2 Crown Baus has failed to file any of the records required under the Act and regulations as
an OTC reporting issuer (the required records).

¶ 3 Under section 164(1) of the Act, the Executive Director orders that all persons cease
trading in Crown Baus’ securities until:

1. Crown Baus files the required records completed in accordance with the Act and
regulations, and
2. the Executive Director revokes this order.
