Mr. Goodman was formerly a director\nof the Company from 1996 to 2003.\n\n\nMr. Goodman is President and Chief Executive Officer of Dundee\nCorporation. He has almost four decades of investment experience as a\nsecurities analyst, portfolio manager and senior executive. He has an\nestablished reputation as one of Canada's most successful investment\ncounselors.\n\n\nMr. Goodman is a geologist with a Bachelor of Science degree from McGill\nUniversity and a Master of Business Administration from the University of\nToronto. He earned the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst in 1967. In\n1997, he was awarded a Doctorate of Laws, honoris causa, by Concordia\nUniversity.\n\n\nMr. Goodman is also chairman of Dundee Wealth Management Inc. and the\nBoard of Trustees of Dundee REIT, as well as a director of Breakwater\nResources Ltd., Cogitore Resources Inc., Dundee Corporation, Dundee REIT,\nDundee Wealth Management Inc. and Eurogas Corporation. He is the Chancellor of\nBrock University.
