Sarah brings over 20 years of experience in real estate management and transformational leadership and Kyle is recognized for his strong background in corporate governance and business strategy. Their appointments replace\n \n Heather Grey-Wolf\n \n and\n \n Jim Dickson\n \n , and the Board extends its gratitude to Heather and Jim for their contributions to Crombie.\n \n\n Ms. MacDonald joined Algonquin Power & Utility Company (\"Algonquin\") in\n \n October 2023\n \n as Chief Human Resources Officer and expanded her role in\n \n August 2024\n \n to Chief Transformation Officer. Prior to joining Algonquin, she held various senior leadership roles in her 19-year career at Emera Inc., in\n \n Canada\n \n , the\n \n Caribbean\n \n and\n \n Florida\n \n followed by serving as Chief Operating Officer of EfficiencyOne. Ms. MacDonald holds an LL.B. from Dalhousie Law School and an MBA from\n \n St. Mary's University\n \n .\n \n\n Mr. Hartlen is a Partner at Stewart McKelvey, in their Halifax Office, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, and corporate finance transactions across a range of industries.
