Receipt of Deferred Consideration

Croma Security Solutions Group plc (AIM:CSSG) is pleased to announce that is has received the next instalments of the deferred consideration due in respect of the disposal of Vigilant Security (Scotland) Limited which was announced in June 2023 (the "Disposal") .  Cash payments of £1.76million have been received comprising £1.3 million in respect of the redemption of the Redeemable Share issued on completion of the Disposal with the balance being the second instalment of 10 quarterly repayments of capital and interest due in respect of Loan Notes also issued on completion.
