Publication of 2022 Final Results

 

Croma Security Solutions Group Plc, the total security services provider, announces that the publication of its final results for the financial year ended 30 June 2022 ("FY22") has been rescheduled.

The audit is substantially complete, however to allow some additional time to finalise the process, the Company now expects to announce its final results for FY22 during the week commencing 7 November 2022.
