[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 0400E Croma Security Solutions Group PLC 07 May 2013 \n \n\n7 May 2013\nCroma Security Solutions Group Plc\n \n(\"CSSG\" or the \"Company\")\n \nDirector Dealing and Issue of Equity\n \nDirector Dealing\n \nCroma Security Solutions Group plc (LON:CSSG) the AIM listed total security services provider, announces that it has been notified that Lord Percy, a Director of the Company, purchased 7,500 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") at a price of 19.75 pence each on 3 May 2013. \nFollowing this transaction, Lord Percy is interested in 279,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.8% of the issued share capital of the Company.\nIssue of Equity\n \nThe Company further announces that pursuant to the Sale and Purchase Agreement previously entered into between the shareholders of CSS Total Security Ltd. and CSS Locksmiths Ltd. (the \"Vendors\") and the Company, 363,606 ordinary shares of 5 pence in the capital of the Company (the \"Consideration Shares\") were today issued to the Vendors. Application has been made for the Consideration Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to take place on 10 May 2013.\n \nThe Vendors include Roberto Fiorentino, who is a Director of the company, certain members of his family, and associated trusts. Mr. Fiorentino's interest in the Company therefore increases to 3,711,053 Shares, representing approximately 24.96% of the issued share capital of the Company.\n \nTotal Voting Rights\nFollowing issue of the Consideration Shares, the Company has a total number of 14,866,138 shares in issue.
