(“Madison” or the “Company”) (CSE: GREN) (OTCQB: MMTLF) is pleased to announce a private placement of units (the “Units”) at a price of CDN$0.40 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to CDN$500,000. Each Unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the Company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole common share purchase warrant, a “Warrant”) with each Warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of CDN$0.60 for up to 12 months. It is anticipated that the proceeds from the private placement will be used for exploration on the Company’s properties and for general working capital.
