[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n Critical Metals plc / EPIC: CRTM / Market: Main Market\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n 27 February 2023\n \n \n \n Critical Metals plc\n \n \n \n (\"Critical Metals\" or the \"Company\") \n \n \n \n Exercise of Warrants\n \n \n \n Critical Metals plc, a mining investment company established\n to acquire mining opportunities in the critical and strategic metals sector, is pleased to announce that it has received warrant exercise notices to subscribe for a total of 615,000 new ordinary shares of £0.005 each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") (the \"Warrant Shares\"). \n \n \n A total of 600,000 Warrant Shares have been exercised at a price of 10 pence per Ordinary Share and the remaining 15,000 Warrant Shares at an exercise price of 5 pence per Ordinary Share, resulting in total gross proceeds to the Company of £60,750.\n \n \n \n Admission\n \n \n \n Application has been made for the 615,000 Warrant Shares to be admitted to the standard segment of the Official List and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange, and admission of the Warrant Shares is expected to occur on or around 1 March 2023 (\"Admission\"). The Warrant Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.\n \n \n For the purpose of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, following Admission the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will comprise 59,662,235 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
