[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\nDec. 21, 2009 (Canada NewsWire Group) -- CALGARY, Dec. 21 /CNW/ -- Softrock Minerals Ltd (\"Softrock\" or the \"Company\") is pleased to announce that it has closed the first tranche of a private placement consisting of 2,380,000 units (\"Units\") of the company at a price of $0.05 per unit, and 125,000 flow-through shares at $0.08 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of $129,000.
