[{"type":"text","content":"\n\nCreo Medical Group plc\n(\"Creo\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \nPosting of 2024 Annual Report and Accounts\nand\nNotice of Annual General Meeting\n \nCreo Medical Group plc (AIM: CREO), the medical device company focused on the emerging field of minimally invasive surgical endoscopy for pre-cancer and cancer patients, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 and the Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") have now been published on the Company's website at https://www.creomedical.com/en/investors/reports-and-presentations, with hard copies being posted to those shareholders who have not elected to receive electronic communication from the Company.\n \nThe AGM will be held on Thursday, 26 June 2025 at 10:00am at the offices of Osborne Clarke LLP at Halo, Counterslip, Bristol BS1 6AJ, and will consider the Resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM. The Company's CEO, Craig Gulliford, will make a short presentation at the meeting. No new material information will be included within the presentation.\n \nShareholders are encouraged to vote by proxy at the AGM, which can be done:\n \n· by completing, signing the Form of Proxy and returning it to Equiniti; or\n· in the case of CREST members, by utilising the CREST electronic proxy appointment service.\n \nProxy votes must be received no later than 10:00am on 24 June 2025. All voting at the AGM will be conducted by a poll.
