We are pleased that our earnings growth provides us the opportunity to pay a cash dividend to our shareholders and support future growth at the Bank,” stated Paul M. Brunkhorst, Buffalo Federal Bank’s President and CEO. At the stock price of $22.76 per share at the market close of our September 30, 2021 fiscal year-end, the current dividend equates to a yield of 1.36% on an annualized basis.The Company’s fiscal year 2021 operating results were the best in its 85-year history; with net income of $1,888,446 corresponding to an annualized return on equity (ROE) of 13.45% and an annualized return on assets (ROA) of 1.24%. The Company had $160.1 million in total assets, $107.0 million in net loans, $134.1 million in total deposits, and $14.7 million in total stockholders’ equity at September 30, 2021.
