The Company's AGM will be held at the offices of Craneware plc, 1 Tanfield, Edinburgh, EH3 5DA on 12 November 2013, at 10am.\n \nAmong the resolutions will be the declaration of a final dividend for the year ended 30 June 2013 of 6.3 pence per share, giving a total dividend for the year of 11.5 pence. The final dividend will be payable on 13 December 2013 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 15 November 2013, with a corresponding ex-Dividend date of 13 November 2013.
