Don's extensive North American\nand International oilfield services experience aligns with CE Franklin's\nstrategic initiatives.\n\n\nCE Franklin also announced today that Doug Rock, who has been on the\nboard since 1999, has stepped down effective today. Doug initiated discussions\nwith the Board several months ago about stepping down due to time constraints\nassociated with his responsibilities at Smith International Inc.
