[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 0892U\n CPPGroup Plc\n 01 December 2021\n \n \n \n \n 1 December 2021\n \n \n \n \n \n CPPGroup Plc \n \n \n \n \n \n (\"CPP Group\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n \n \n \n Directorate Changes\n \n \n \n \n \n CPP Group (AIM: CPP), provider of assistance and insurance products which reduce disruptions to everyday life for millions of customers across the world, is pleased to confirm the following appointments to the Board of the Company. \n \n \n \n \n \n Further to the announcement made on 25 October 2021, the Company confirms the appointment of Simon Pyper as Chief Financial Officer, with effect from 1 January 2022. \n \n \n \n \n \n In addition, Jeremy Miller has joined the Board as Independent Non-Executive Director, with immediate effect. It is intended that Jeremy will be appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee.\n \n \n \n \n \n Simon's previous roles include CFO and CEO of Be Heard, a specialist media agency AIM company, and before that as CFO of Global Data Plc and Datamonitor Plc. He has also held various financial and commercial positions with Musgrave UK and the Arcadia Group. Simon is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and holds an MBA from Henley Management College.\n \n \n \n \n \n Jeremy qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and has over 30 years' experience of working in the financial services industry, including with James Capel and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, as a consultant with Simon Robertson Associates and most recently as London COO with Centerview Partners. Jeremy has also held a number of non-executive roles with, amongst others, Countryside Properties, National Merchant Buying Society, This Land and Cenkos Securities, which include experience on audit, risk and compliance committees and advising on strategic, compliance and governance matters. \n \n \n \n \n \n David Morrison, Chairman of the Board, commented \"We are delighted to be welcoming two very experienced new members to our Board who bring with them a great deal of knowledge and expertise.
