We are hereby submitting the revised Intimation regarding the change in management which was originally filed on 30.05.2025. The date of appointment for Mr. Mangina Srinivas Rao was inadvertently mentioned as 07.05.2025 due to a clerical error. However, the correct date of appointment is 30.05.2025. Accordingly, we are submitting the revised intimation to BSE. The XBRL filing has also been made with the correct date i.e 30.05.3025.
