(the\n "Company" or "Covalon") (TSXV: COV), an advanced medical technologies\n company, announced that its board of directors approved the awarding of\n an aggregate of 710,000 options, vesting quarterly over one year, at an\n exercise price of $0.20 to be exercised within five years for three\n independent Covalon directors.
