Variation of Cease Trade Order

County Line Energy Inc.

which was formerly D5 Partners, Inc.
which was formerly County Line Energy Corp.)

Sections 164 and 171 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418

¶ 1 On March 13, 2013, the Executive Director ordered, under section 164(1) of the Act, that all trading in the securities of Count Line Energy Corp. cease until it files the required records and the Executive Director revokes the cease trade order.

¶ 2 Effective August 28, 2018, County Line Energy Corp. changed its name to D5 Partners, Inc.

¶ 3 Effective September 25, 2018, D5 Partners, Inc. changed its name to D5 Inc.

¶ 4 Effective August 5, 2019, D5 Inc changed its name to County Line Energy Inc.

¶ 5 County Line Energy Inc. has not filed the required records and the Executive Director has not made an order under section 164 of the Act revoking the cease trade order.

¶ 6 Under section 171 of the Act, the Executive Director varies the order to reflect the change of name from D5 Inc to County Line Energy Inc.
