[{"type":"text","content":"\nThis latest commitment aims to support the growth of Management Leadership for Tomorrow’s signature undergraduate program from 850 to 5,000 students by 2025\n\n WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--\nToday, CoStar Group is proud to announce a $5 million commitment to Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT), a national nonprofit dedicated to providing Black, Latinx, and Native American students with the coaching, career preparation and access to professional networks necessary to become the next generation of leaders. The donation, which will be allocated over the next five years to boost the nonprofit’s undergraduate program, follows a $1 million pledge made by CoStar Group in 2017 to support MLT’s diversity leadership programs.\n\nCoStar Group’s donation will support Career Prep, MLT’s signature program for undergraduate students, and is expected to drive the growth of the program from 850 to 5,000 students per cohort by 2025. Career Prep provides current college students with 18 months of one-on-one coaching and other supports to help them make the college-to-career transition. 98% of Career Prep fellows obtain jobs after graduation with an average starting salary for $80,000 per year.\n\nAndrew Florance, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CoStar Group and MLT Board Member said, “For the past five years CoStar Group has witnessed firsthand, through both donation efforts and employee participation, the transformative success and opportunities that MLT’s leadership programs provide.
