Costain Group PLC has announced that Fiona MacAulay, a Non-Executive Director, has become an independent director of Dauch Corporation, which is listed on both the London and New York Stock Exchanges, effective from 3 February 2026, following the completion of the acquisition and merger of Dowlais Group plc into Dauch Corporation.
