KPMG replaces the Company's former auditor, Armanino LLP.The appointment of KPMG was made by the Cosmos Health Board of Directors at the recommendation of its Audit Committee. The decision to change auditors was not the result of any disagreement between the Company and Armanino LLP on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure.
