Admission of Shares to Trading & Total Voting Rights

Further to the announcement made on 13 September 2024, the Company is pleased to announce that the 1,133,333,900 placing shares have today been admitted to trading on the Main Market from 08:00 AM ("Admission").

The Company advises that on Admission the Company's issued share capital will consist of 1,232,973,465 Ordinary Shares, with one voting right each. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company will be 1,232,973,465. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
