[{"type":"text","content":"\n Mondas PLC\n21 March 2006\n\n\n\n Mondas plc ('Mondas')\n\n First US contract for Blue Curve with Ferris, Baker Watts, Inc.\n\n\nBanking & Securities software specialist, Mondas, announces that Blue Curve, its\nrecently acquired supplier of software solutions to financial institutions, has\nbeen awarded its first contract in the USA by Ferris, Baker Watts, Incorporated,\na large full service investment bank and brokerage firm, for its research\nproduction and distribution software. The contract is worth in excess of USD\n200,000, subject to implementation acceptance. The contract is for a minimum of\nthree years and includes licence and support, but excludes any professional\nservices, which would be the subject of further orders.\n\n\nFerris, Baker Watts will implement the Blue Curve solution in its research\ndepartments across the United States, beginning with centres in San Francisco,\nBaltimore and Richmond, Virginia. The first phase will introduce common\ndocument templates and an automated document production process using software\ndeployed over the Internet and hosted by Mondas. This Application Service\nProvision service will also provide Ferris, Baker Watts with a central document\nrepository and centralised distribution to several research aggregation\nservices.\n\n\nJarlath McGee, Chief Executive Officer of Mondas commented:\n\n\n'This represents a significant milestone in the development of Mondas and is the\nfirst demonstration that the acquisition of Blue Curve is delivering as\nanticipated.
