[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n 6 August 2010\n\n Corero PLC \n\n (\"Corero\" or \"the Company\") \n\n Results of General Meeting and CULS Meeting \n\nFurther to the announcement on 14 July 2010 in relation to the £6.5 million\nfundraising, the Disposal and the CULS reorganisation, the Directors are\npleased to announce that at the General Meeting and CULS Meeting held earlier\ntoday, all resolutions were duly passed without amendment.\n\nIn addition, the condition relating to the Disposal, being the approval of the\nResolution numbered 2 at the General Meeting has been satisfied. Accordingly,\nMark Robertson has resigned from the Board with immediate effect.
