[{"type":"text","content":"\n Mondas PLC\n26 July 2006\n\n Mondas plc ('Mondas' or 'the Company')\n\n Mondas signs major new contract for Blue Curve.\n\n\nMondas plc, the AIM listed Financial Markets software specialist, has secured a\nsignificant order to supply one of the world's leading banks with its market\nleading Blue Curve research management software solution. The client is one of\nthe top ten largest banks in the world, with offices in UK, Europe, US and Asia.\nThe contract is for the supply of licences, professional services and support,\nwhich, subject to acceptance, should provide material revenues in the second\nhalf of the year.\n\n\nMondas will provide the client with the majority of Blue Curve's modules,\nconsisting of its create, process, comply and reach products, which will\nfacilitate the production and distribution of the bank's research products at\noptimum levels of quality and efficiency. The client expects to see improved\nlevels of customer service, as well as reduced operational risk in its research\ndepartment as a result of the deployment of the software.\n\n\nThe project will begin immediately with a phased approach, the first of which is\ndue to go live in October this year. The system is proposed to be rolled out\nacross the bank's global offices, including those in the United States.\n\n\n'I am delighted that a major UK based bank has selected Mondas for this very\nimportant project.' said Jarlath McGee, Chief Executive of Mondas.
