[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n 15 July 2010\n\n Corero PLC \n\n (\"Corero\" or \"the Company\") \n\n CULS cancellation timetable \n\nFurther to the announcement made on 14 July 2010, the Company confirms that the\ndate of cancellation of the admission of the CULS to trading on AIM,\nconditional upon both Admission and approval of the CULS Resolution to be put\nto CULS Holders at the CULS Meeting to be held on 6 August 2010, will be 12\nAugust 2010. Accordingly, subject to the conditions being satisfied the last\nday of trading in the CULS on AIM will be 11 August 2010.\n\nAll other times and dates for the CULS Offer and CULS Compromise, as set out in\nthe announcement dated 14 July 2010 and the circular to Shareholders and CULS\nHolders dated 14 July 2010, remain unchanged.
