[{"type":"text","content":"\n Mondas PLC\n18 January 2007\n\n Mondas plc\n\n ('Mondas' or the 'Company')\n\n\n\n Change of Name\n\n\nMondas has been transformed during the past few years both by organic growth and\nthe acquisitions of Eclipse Learner Systems Limited and Blue Curve Limited,\nwhich have resulted in a number of Board changes and significant restructuring\nof the trading operations of the Company. The Company's expanded product range\nhas enabled Mondas to make significant international sales to growing markets\nwithin the financial services sector.\n\n\n\nThis growth has seen the Company's turnover increase from £3.97 million for the\nyear ended 30 April 2004 to approximately £6.3 million (unaudited) for the year\nended 31 December 2006.\n\n\n\nThe above developments have altered the business considerably and the Board\nbelieves that to recognise these changes and to reposition the Company for the\nnext phase of its development the name of the Company should be changed.\nAccordingly, the Board proposes that the name of the Company be changed to\ncorero plc.\n\n\n\nIn order to action the change of name a special resolution must be passed at a\ngeneral meeting of the Company and accordingly an Extraordinary General Meeting\nwill be convened to be held in February 2007, details of which will be posted\nshortly.\n\n\n\nJarlath McGee (Chief Executive) commented:\n\n\n\n'The Company has made great strides over the last couple of years.
