[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 7219Q Corero PLC 09 August 2010 \n\n9 August 2010\n \nCorero PLC\n (\"Corero\" or \"the Company\")\n \nAppointment of Directors\nChange of Advisor\nTotal Voting Rights\n \n \nThe Directors of Corero announce that, further to the passing of all resolutions at the Company's General Meeting and CULS Meeting held on 6 August 2010, the admission of 30,444,444 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM has become effective.\n \nAndrew Douglas Miller (aged 46) and Jens Peter Montanana (aged 49) therefore join the Board as executive director and non-executive director respectively, whilst Mark Robertson resigned from the Board on 6 August 2010. Further disclosures required pursuant to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in respect of Andrew Miller and Jens Montanana are set out below. \n \nCorero also announce the appointment of finnCap Ltd (\"finnCap\") as Nominated Adviser and Broker with immediate effect.\n \nWords and expressions defined in the Company's circular to Shareholders dated 14 July 2010 have the same meaning in this announcement\n \nAs a consequence of passing of the Proposals and Admission as detailed above, the Company's issued capital will now comprise 31,963,434 ordinary shares of 1p each. There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury.
