(TSXV: CDB) (OTCQB: CDBMF) (otherwise \"Cordoba\" or the \"Company\"), today announces that it has temporarily suspended its Feasibility Study in-fill drilling program and other on-site work at the Company's San Matias Copper-Gold-Silver Project. The Company has been closely monitoring the impact of the ongoing public demonstrations on social reformation taking place across Colombia. Cordoba's primary focus remains the health and safety of all its employees and contractors as well as its host communities. As such, we have taken action to immediately suspend operations at San Matias. The Company is now liaising with the local authorities to determine when it may re-commence its camp activities and Feasibility Study in-fill drilling program. All desk-top work on the Feasibility Study technical programs for the Alacran Project will continue as usual. The Company expects to resume all work within the next 7-10 days but in any case will continue monitoring the situation in Colombia and provide updates accordingly.
