Warrant Exercise and Extension
Corcel PLC announced the exercise of 50,000,000 warrants at £0.005 per share, raising £250,000 for the company. The company also agreed to extend the expiry date of 116,500,000 warrants, also exercisable at £0.005 per share, from December 12, 2025, to December 12, 2026, and permitted the transfer of 75,000,000 of these extended warrants to investors who exercised warrants.
