Successful Completion of First Tranche of Cornerstone Investor Placing

Corcel Plc (London AIM: CRCL), the extractive industries exploration and development company, with interests in battery metals including nickel, cobalt, and rare earth elements, announces that further to the fundraising announced on 28 March 2023, it has now received the initial £300,000 subscription and has, as planned, utilized £100,000 of the amount received to reduce its outstanding debt balance as previously announced on 30 January 2023. The shares will be admitted to trading tomorrow 20 April 2023.
