Corcel plc, (London AIM: CRCL), the Angolan focused exploration and production company, confirms that at the General Meeting (GM) of the Company held earlier today to approve the resolutions, as set out in the Notice of GM published to shareholders on 23 April 2024, all resolutions were duly passed on a show of hands.

The total proxy votes given to the Chair prior to the meeting, were as follows:

A "Vote withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation of the percentage of shares voted "For" or "Against" any resolution.
