[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 3642G Regency Mines PLC 29 January 2010 \n \n\nREGENCY MINES PLC\n\nDirector's Dealing, Exercise of Options and Issue of Equity\n\nDated: 29 January 2010\n\nRegency Mines PLC (\"Regency\" or the \"Company\") has been notified that the interests of Andrew Bell, Chairman of the Company, in the Company have been reduced by the disposal yesterday of 2,000,000 ordinary 0.1p shares (\"Ordinary Shares\") in the Company at an average price of 1.2 pence per Ordinary Share.\n\nAndrew Bell yesterday also exercised 250,000 options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 1 pence per share (\"New Ordinary Shares\").\n\nAs a result of this disposal and exercise of options, Andrew Bell is interested in 41,994,282 Ordinary Shares in the Company, of which 100,002 are held directly.
