Corcel (London AIM: CRCL), the Angolan focused exploration and production company announces, further to the announcement made on 15 April 2024, that the notice convening a General Meeting of the Company (GM) has been mailed to shareholders today and is available on the Company's website www.corcelplc.com.

The GM is to be held on Thursday, 9 May 2024 at 12:00 p.m. at WeWork, Aviation House, 125 Kingsway London WC2B 6NH
