It is proposed that the payment will be made 30 November 2021.\n \n The Company is pleased to report that the roofing works, referred to in previous releases, has now, for all practical purposes, been completed. Under the terms agreed with the tenant we have made an application for a certificate of completion. This will allow the contracted sale of the property to proceed to completion. The net proceeds from the property sale will be £3.5m and will further strengthen our already strong balance sheet.\n \n The board are pleased to report that trading and results, so far, this year are ahead of budget both in terms of sales and profits.
